US Ready to Assist Pakistan to Take On Security Threats

Hasht-E Subh The spokesperson of the US State Department says that this country is ready to assist Islamabad in dealing with terrorist threats on the Afghanistan-Pakistan shared borders, reported Geo News Pakistan.

Geo News reported on Tuesday that Ned Price, the US State Department’s spokesperson, said in a press briefing that Washington is ready to help Islamabad to deal with terrorist threats along the shared borders between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The spokesperson of the US State Department made these statements in response to a reporter’s question regarding the country’s response to the recent attacks by the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

This is despite the fact that in the attacks launched by the TTP two days ago in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, 8 Pakistani security forces were killed.
